With Fiji’s warm tropical waters, uncrowded surf breaks and waves to suit all skill levels, many find it hard say no to a surf trip here. Fiji’s famous waves have featured in international competitions and are a “must do” for the travelling surfer.
The Bays offer safe, gentle, rolling green and whitewater, perfect for swimming. Patrolled by our trained lifeguards, you can enjoy crystal-blue water while surfers ride endless perfect waves out the back.
Intermediate surfers who have learned the basics, understand surfing etiquette, and can comfortably surf unassisted. You should be able to paddle, take-off, trim along the wave face, and safely dismount.
Advanced surfers who have mastered the fundamentals, understand surfing etiquette, and can comfortably ride waves above 2.0m. You should be able to paddle, duckdive, take-off, generate speed, perform turns, and negotiate sections.
