Hotel Policy
Check- inFrom 14:00 to 18:00 Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
Check- outFrom 08:00 to 10:00
PrepaymentAll bookings require a 1-night deposit immediately to secure the booking and will not be confirmed until receipt of such payment. Final payment for the booking must be made 45 days prior to arrival
Meal planThere is a compulsory meal plan of FJ $175.00 per person
Cancellation• All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the resort. • “No Shows” will be subject to room charges at the contract rate for all room nights booked. • Any bookings cancelled between 8 and 30 days of travel will incur 50% cancellation fee. • Bookings cancelled 7 days or less from the date of travel will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
CurfewEntry to the property will be closed between the hours of 18:30 and 06:00
