Barefoot Manta Island Resort lies in a superb location between three beaches. Sunrise Beach is for the early birds and great for a morning paddle board, Sunset Beach is perfect for afternoon cocktails, and Manta Ray Beach overlooking the channel which is visited every year between May and October by a population of manta ray. The in-house marine biology team carries out their research on the manta rays as well as clams, coral, and fish species present in the Marine Protected Area surrounding the island.
