PrepaymentEvery Booking must be accompanied with meal plans that match the number of nights booked. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, final payment 40 days prior to arrival. For nonrefundable rates, 100% prepayment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation Premature Departure or No Shows – No Refund. All cancellations must be received in writing. COVID related cancellation inside 14 Days of arrival we allow a rebook for a future stay. Between 0- 40 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 40+ Days 10% Cancellation fee.
Meal PlanA mandatory all-inclusive meal plans (per day) are not included in the accommodation price and is charged 40 days prior to arrival along with your accommodation. Daily Meal Plan applies to each booking and will be collected at the property.
Child PolicyChildren rates apply for children aged between 5yrs and 12 years only. Children aged 4 years and under stay and eat for free. For children that are more heartier eaters - upgrades to the main menu are available at any time.
