Hotel Policy
Check- in From 11:00 to 17:00 Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.

PrepaymentCredit card details and a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment balance is required 40 days prior to your arrival date. *A 2.5% credit card fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Meal PlanThere is a compulsory meal plan, which will be payable 40 days prior to arrival and is not included in the room rate. This is charged at an additional FJD $179 per adult per day, FJD $139 for children age 5–12 years inclusive and kids 4 years and under eat free.
CancellationPremature Departure or No Shows – No Refund. All cancellations must be received in writing. Between 0- 40 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 40 Days + 10% Cancellation fee. For bookings of 4 or more Villas in one booking Between 0 - 60 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 60 days or more -15 % Cancellation fee.
When you book with an account, you will be able to track your payment status, track the confirmation and you can also rate the tour after you finished the tour.
