Hotel Policy

  • Payment Policy• On receipt of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of invoice (invoice will be emailed on confirmation of booking) • Full payment is then due 30 days prior to the guest's arrival date
  • Cancellation/ Amendment Policy• Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival date incurs a 20% cancellation fee • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date - 100% of the booking amount Cancellations after check-in will be charged in full for all nights not utilized.
  • Children and bedsPrices for extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. The number of extra beds allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information. There are no cots available at this property.
